Garlic Bacon Broccoli
4 heads of broccoli
2 cloves of garlic
Bacon grease
- Wash broccoli and break off the florets
- Heat pan with bacon grease
- Sautee broccoli with 2 crushed cloves of garlic
- Season with salt and pepper
- Serve :)
I like my broccoli still a little crispy. You can make it as soft as you like...just remember about all those crunchy nutrients that cook out as you make them softer.
Bonus points if you use a cast iron skillet! MMMMM
